The Part-Time Administrative Assistant job duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and emails, assisting or properly directing callers
Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
Greeting visitors and checking them in and out of the facility
Administrative support with office projects as needed
Handling financial transactions and running bank deposits
