Primary focus is to drive revenue targets through increased product sales with assigned accounts.
Develop individual account action plans to achieve assigned monthly sales quota
Deliver consistent and exceptional solution-oriented consultation approach to selling
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls that account for approximately 70% of the total workday.
Focus on account growth by suggestive selling to retail customers.
Develop and maintain stock replenishment needs with retailers to support retail trends
Review and analyze category performance by a retail partner to ensure continuous category growth.
Engage in dialogue with retail partners to understand needs and to overcome objections
Overcome price concerns or other objections by demonstrating value to achieve sales goals
Assist stores in creating seasonal assortments and key item buys
Direct customers to the best solution based on their expressed needs, inquiries, and problems
Diffuse difficult conversations professionally keeping promises and commitments
Maintain customer profiles in CRM to strategically build relationships for long-term revenue growth.
Proven sales experience with the development of new & existing client base
Minimum of two (2) years sales experience
Retail operations experience is a plus

College Degree preferred but not required
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Salary: 35,000 to 64,000 with Monthly Bonus
