Open six days a week for lunch and dinner serving the local area. Simple menu cooking American food. Prepare roast pork,chicken and BBQ Ribs daily. Dishes of salads, hot and cold sandwiches,sides of homemade style with smoked salmon. Serving beer and wine. Training available for the right person. Must have strong social skills to manage the restaurant and quality skills to keep inventory control, communicate well with others, record delivery and order supplies. Food License required.
