The Donor Relations Coordinator is a temporary member of the Law School External Relations team, principally supporting the areas of Stewardship and Development Communications. Reporting to the Director of Stewardship, this individual will play role in delivering on and continuously enhancing Law School’s commitment to the outstanding stewardship of its donors, including timely and accurate recognition of their gifts. Key aspects of this role include writing thank you notes and cards for donors to the law school, assisting with stewardship event registration and communications, gift fund data, analytical reporting, and providing a full range of administrative support for the Stewardship & Development Communications team. This person must be a strong team player and develop a thorough understanding of the Office of External Relations’ objectives, priorities, and projects.
Enter and maintain accurate database information on individual gift accounts to ensure accurate recognition and stewardship; identify and remedy inaccuracies in gift or pledge records.
Help draft donor and general correspondence for the Dean and Senior Associate Dean.
Assist in the production of high volume annual reporting.
Process invoices for the Stewardship team.
Occasional special projects to include, researching and drafting original content on topics of moderate complexity. Edit content provided by other sources, and adapt and repurpose as needed.
