Position: German Q&A Platform Support

Industry: IT/BPO Company

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: P 60, 000 - 70, 000 (still Negotiable)

Requirements:

• Native or Non-Native German Speakers

• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing German

• Good English communication skills

• Knowledgeable in using computer

• Background in TSR/ IT helpdesk and related field is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and assist German speaking clients

• Provide detailed information to answer questions and inquiries

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients

• Update client account and update notes on the system
