Title: Talent Aquisition Business Partner (Technical Recruiter)
Location: Bellevue, NE
Duration: 6-9 months (C)
*) Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR 8+ years of equivalent combination of education & experience.
*) US Citizenship required.
*) Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience.
*) Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena.
*) Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
*) Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups.
*) Background in agency recruiting
*) Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume fast-paced service environment.
*) Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation
*) Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally TALEO Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent.
*) Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance.
*) Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research.
*) Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates.
