We are URGENTLY looking for an Executive Assistant to the Company President that can start ASAP!

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Preferably with 1-2 yrs. experience as Executive Assistant handling coordination with top management and clients. Knowledge in Cloud App.

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the company president by:

-Conducting research

-Handling information requests

-Performing clerical functions such as:

-Preparing correspondence

-Receiving visitors

-Arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
