About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to work in the Business unit and is responsible for providing a range of finance, administrative and office services. The team works closely with the Executive Assistants of the Directors and Executive Director.

As part of your role you will be involved with:

Support for new starters

Coordination of Allocations

Booking and arranging staff travel; flights, vehicles, accommodation, opal and cab-charge

Office services; furnishings, IT, telephony, office and stationary supplies

About you

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrative Officer to join the Business Support Team. To be successful in this role, you have:

A clear understanding of account processes

Strong administration, coordination and prioritising skills

Experience delivering a high level of administrative support within an fast paced environment of changing demands

A team player and enjoy working collaboratively

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

A can-do attitude, as the work is often changing to suit the needs of the business
