We're looking for an Administration Assistant who is driven, passionate and thrives in a team environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

High volume of data entry

Provide general office administration duties including word processing, mail distribution, phone calls, reception relief and filing

Provide positive customer service experiences for all internal and external stakeholders

Communicate business-related activities to the Manager and team members

Uphold our company's standards and values

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Organised and able to work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Previous experience in an admin role is desirable

Driver’s License

Strong computer literacy and communication skills

Self-motivated and a great team player
