Services To Be Performed:
Review a vendor's portal each day to determine what documents are missing in order to complete their Driver Qualification File. Will also review existing documents completed by other departments for accuracy and completeness. Request missing documents from employees and their managers and upload those documents to the portal. Determine if an employee meets Department of Transportation minimum requirements and communicate progress to partners in the field. Attention to detail is key. Data reviewed is confidential in nature.
