Technology Store Manager

It will be essential to run a tight ship, understand and educate customers on our products and services, and develop our team.



- Effectively executing the retail talent management processes and practices, including participating in the recruitment, hiring, assimilation, performance management and coaching/development/training of store staff

- Coaching the store staff on how to effectively communicate with customers and offer a unique customer experience and value proposition

- Creating and fostering a respectful, energized team environment


- Managing the day-to-day business operations, merchandising and people resources to generate retail sales

- Managing payroll, hours and schedules for greatest efficiencies

- Ensuring that the store’s aesthetics remain impeccable


- Leading the store team toward the achievement of sales goals, and developing a consultative relationship with customers

- Staying current on all of our products, services, and promotions; and helping your team to do likewise


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting

- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience

- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to drive results

- Self-motivated and sales oriented; a true leader who thrives on success

- Experience working with corporate customers, providing consultative, solution sales

- Demonstrated ability to deliver results

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
