Job Responsibilities:

• Attends to customers’ needs by answering product and service related queries

• Provides product overview and information about other services and offerings

• Suggesting information about other products and services

• Opens customer accounts by recording account information

• Maintains customer records by updating account information

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting

and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College

Degree, any field.

• Required skill(s): Call Center, Bilingual, Mandarin, Customer Service, English-Mandarin

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

• Can speak and write fluently and confidently in traditional Mandarin

• Good English communication skills (able to communicate effectively)

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Typing speed of 35 WPM (words per minute)

• Good Attention to details

• Working Conditions:

• Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid and night shift)

• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
