A well-established group of companies is looking for a Business Development Manager.

• Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business involving business development role in a commercial and residential turnkey interior fit-out, retails Hospitality, F&B, Residential & commercial projects.

• Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.

• Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management.

• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that the number of meetings meets targets as set by management.

• Actively manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to account management team.

• Involve in Preparing proposals, detailed costings and contract documents prior to negotiation with clients.

• Ideally, you will be degree educated and highly technical, able to converse easily with architects and engineers, having sales experience within an Interiorfitout, engineering sector

• Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and the industry .
