To take order and deliver food & beverage (alcohol & non-alcohol drinks) service for restaurant guest


Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction

Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages

Making menu recommendations, answering question and sharing additional information with restaurant guest.

Greet and escort customers to their tables

Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to the guest, be friendly and smiling under any circumstances, always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance with an immaculate uniform.

To ensure highest standard in service of all food & beverage products

Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glass

Present bill to guest

Communicate order details to the kitchen staff

Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum diploma in Hotel Management.

Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality industry.

Ability to speak, read and understands English & Bahasa Malaysia. Others language will be added advantage.

Able to plan and train staff under his supervision.

Able to conduct daily briefing for staff.

Able to work long hours and can work under pressure.

Pleasant and friendly.

Have knowledge on food & beverage (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) preparation.

Able to lead and guide staff under his supervision to as a team.

Able to handle and solve a complaint from guest.

Special Requirements

Know how to use a computer for the proper paper work preparation.

Know how to read and prepare monthly P&L report statement.

Creative and innovative during specials event organize by Hotel.
