JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop overall brand plans and corresponding strategies for assigned brand/s to meet set objectives and customer/industry requirements

-Drive the brand business for the both circulation and advertising of assigned brand/s

-Active participation in content planning and direction of assigned brand/s

-Act as brand guardian and ensure consistency in terms of brand positioning.

-Using data-driven insights about target consumer and related industries, create presentations, tools, activations, promotions, concepts, and campaigns that will lead to better brand appreciation of readers and/or advertisers

-Participate in the development of sales and performance forecasts for allocated brand/s

-Overall budget management for the brand.

-Conduct regular competitive evaluation, for content, activation, and advertising Qualification

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any business-related course

-5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management and/or advertising preferably from Publishing Industry.

-Proficient with MS Office

-Good communication and presentation skills

-Strong brand management skills

-Excellent problem-solving skills
