KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professionally Greet everyone that comes into the agency.

Answer phones promptly.

Schedule client transportation as needed via Medicaid transportation.

Schedule and coordinate clients and interpreters with Medication Manager and New Clinicians

Manage company emails, faxes, and snail mail correspondence. Making sure it is distributed to the appropriate person(s) within the agency.
