Primary Job Functions

Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Assists with various administrative activities for the business to include filing and data entry.

Operate various office equipment in the workplace.

Orders and maintains office supply stock.

Always maintains confidentiality regarding company and employee information.

Act and communicate in a manner that will maintain a positive work atmosphere for customers, clients, co-workers, and management.

Practice safety on a daily basis, always wear appropriate PPE and be a leader in safety.

Other duties may also be assigned.

Leadership/Teamwork/Communication

Ability to work safe and effectively communicate with dispatch, clientele, and leadership.

Able show proficiency in teamwork and work ethic.

Demonstrates attention to detail, organization and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Associates in Accounting or related field preferred.

1-3 years of administrative work experience required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong reading, typing, and communication skills.
