Customer Service Specialist - Contract, On-Site, Juno Beach, FL

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for optimizing customer retention via the effective resolution of complaints. He/she will assist customers in answering inquiries and resolving service concerns related to in-store experience. Ideal candidates will bring a bright disposition, well-developed customer service orientation and the ability resolve a wide variety of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of entire service resolution process

Document and resolve customer service complaints

Effectively prioritize matters based on urgency

Escalate issues to senior management when necessary

Assist field managers with resolving escalated issues

Complete all daily assignments

Skill and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma

Aptitude for rapid learning, able to acquire new skills quickly

Strong proficiency in MS Office products, Excel, Word, PP & Outlook

Ability to work under deadline and respond to shifting priorities

Outstanding communication, documentation & presentation skills

In-depth knowledge of automotive service products preferred

Effective reasoning and analytical skills
