Responsibilities and Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the facilities of the corporate office and ensuring smooth running at all time.

Procurement of office stationery

Handling housekeeping staff and security personnel

Experience in handling vendors

Manage Hotel and Travel bookings

Maintain documentation & record keeping for Administrative department.

Visiting card co-ordination & voucher with printing agency.

Annual maintenance Contracts with various contractors of office equipment’s

Housekeeping & infrastructure maintenance.

Providing facilities for the office like filing, visiting banks and other offices.

Ensure zero issues in operations & maintenance of the office.

Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, and personnel requirements;

Scanning & keeping documentation in an organized manner.

Would work closely with the CEO

Qualifications and Skills

Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.

Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.

Strong issue resolving skills.

Reporting Skills.

Administrative writing skills & Verbal communication.

Positive Attitude & Professionalism.

Microsoft Office skills.
