Overview of the Position:

To direct, promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help achieve company’s mission, objective and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible to:

Continually developing employer’s brand and building increasing awareness with hospitals/doctors.

Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities by more tie-ups with hospitals.

Developing and managing relationships with hospitals, medical social workers, doctors.

Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities.

Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer’s offering in light of competitors developments.

Develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team. Act as a middle point for management and employees.

Review progress as compared to goals, budgets and targets.

Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.

Handle the entire North & West region which can involve frequent travelling in order to maintain the cordial relationships with Hospitals.

Understand the problem/issues faced by the hospitals/doctors and work out the solution in order to serve them better.

Manage the Medical social worker team located in different cities.

Administrating campaigns via the platform on daily basis and maintaining daily sales report.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate /Post graduate in business management, social sciences or development studies

3-5 years of professional experience into business development.

Candidate should be from health care/hospital/medical or Pharmaceuticals industry only.

Demonstrated experience at networking, negotiation and selling skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to work with people from varied backgrounds & levels

Strong communications skills and proficient in written English

Should have experience in CRM
