Job Description

The first person our customers see or hear goes a long way in setting the tone for the rest of their experience while calling in or visiting our offices, which is why it's so important that our primary office assistant embodies the values and culture of our company. Is that you? If you have a friendly and productive attitude, we need you to answer and field calls to the right individuals and departments, greet visitors. Your position will provide you with an abundance of variety and learning something new almost daily.

Job Responsibilities

•Answer phone calls within two rings in a pleasant and professional manner, directing callers as needed and follow up outbound calls from overnight messages.

•Offer administrative and clerical support while managing daily administrative activities.

•Assist other departments

•Troubleshoots alarm situations accurately, quickly and efficiently.

•Review and resolves customer issues including alarm support

•Complete all work in accordance with established SOP’s

•Help maintain the appearance of the office, which includes conference rooms, office supply closet and waiting room.


High school diploma or its equivalent

A minimum of 3 years in a phone customer service role

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive file storage and synchronization service

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
