Key Responsibilities

Administration and processing of contracts, documents and data inputs across the full employee lifecycle

Preparing and checking employee contracts and variation agreements for changes

Ensuring accurate entering and storage of information and requests e.g. ending of employment information and extended leave requests

Handling front line enquiries from employees including help with interpreting policy or enterprise agreement entitlements, and effectively referring for more complex things

Proactively and accurately respond to People & Culture email enquiries, owning the email inbox and ensuring exemplary service and turnaround times

Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding administration and upskill for business stakeholders including Exit Surveys or helping collate performance cycle results

The official stuff – qualification and experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – this is a must have

Proven understanding of administrative systems and processes with HR system experience an advantage

Ideally minimum of 12 months experience in a complex administration or similar HR Coordinator role

Previous experience using Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks

Efficient and diligent – you value yours and everyone else’s time, and are obsessed with getting stuff done

High level of attention to detail and accuracy
