Job Duties and Responsibility

Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.

Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.

Taking or processing orders for a product or service.

Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up on customer interactions.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualification requirement:

Fresh Graduate are welcome.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pays attentions to details.

Excellent administration and management skills.

Ability to multi-task

Minimum of HND/OND from a recognized institution.
