We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office assistant with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to help with our account keeping and general office routines in our office.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the office and provide a broad range of administrative support.

This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity, some of your key responsibilities will include:

Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, marketing documents, flyers, submissions and other documentation.

Assist with the coordination of client events.

Process invoices and expense claims.

Travel organisation.

File management and maintenance of a filing database.

Undertake other adhoc duties and tasks as required.

To be successful you will have previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.

You will be professional with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
