Position: HR GENERALIST / MANAGER

Scope of Work: The HR Generalist will handle all facets of HR activities for a start-up company, with at least 13-15 employees. He/She will lead the creation of policies and procedures and support the Country Manager in relation to employee management. The HR Generalist should have the potential to lead and make executive decisions as this position will potentially lead to a Managerial one.

- Liaison and Compliance with Labor Agencies and other related government bodies

- Setting up internal policies in for internal HR and DOLE compliance
