Essential Job Duties:

Supports the Heart Ball and Go Red for Women Directors and the signature Heart Ball and Go Red events. This may include other special events as needed

Supports Executive Leadership Team meetings

Coordinates meetings and calendars

Manages and maintains databases including the online event management program. Includes; data entry of participants, sponsorships and donations and generating reports

Written correspondence including memos, presentations, newsletters, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, etc

Manages event logistics

Managing general office functions including reviewing mail and preparing daily banking deposits

Must have at least one year experience in a related role.

Event planning experience preferred
