· Greet clients as soon as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

· Answers incoming phone calls and forward to the appropriate personnel or department.

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

· Scheduling conference room.

· Update calendars and assist with scheduling and setting up meetings.

· Other duties as assigned by Officers of the company.

· Assist HR department with gathering application/resume from candidates who come in for interviews.

Assist with recruitment efforts; create postings, screen candidates and schedule interviews.

Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining documents and files.

Monitor performance, including tracking attendance and scheduling performance evaluations.

Respond to general employee inquiries, such as time off requests.

Recording Time Off Requests

Perform general administrative and office management tasks for Executive Management.


1 -2 years of administrative and clerical experience.

Proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Able to multitask and handle different tasks.
