Responsibilities

Greeting all incoming guests and employees as they arrive to the office

Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate destination

Scheduling and managing the office's conference rooms

Taking inventory of office supplies and ordering more when needed

Assisting with all other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

At least one year of previous office experience

Complete Microsoft Office proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
