• Provide excellent customer service and works as part of a collaborative team, with minimal supervision in the field with set daily and ad-hoc tasks.

• Testing and troubleshooting Audio Visual (AV) equipment in conference room to ensure working order.

• Reporting all AV issues to contractor and monitoring visits and invoices.

• Seeking a disciplined, professional and enthusiastic team member to build relationships with our community.

• Maintaining inventory of conference room supplies and ordering and restocking as needed.

• Resetting furniture into default layouts.

• Monitoring condition of conference rooms and event spaces and reporting problems.

• Maintaining kitchen supplies and coordinating orders.

• Maintaining inventory of broken or damaged furniture for vendor repair.

• Replacing supplies for our networked printers. Report issues.

• Flexibility in completing any other assigned duties.

• Mail room sorting including forwarding misdirected mail and updating occupant lists.


To be successful in this position, you will bring:

• Customer support experience preferred. This is an entry level position.

• Basic computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.

• Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks under minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling you to interact effectively with a wide variety of people in a diverse environment.

• Excellent customer service and social skills.

• An ability to prioritize and multi-task.

In addition, physical requirements include:

• Position involves lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling furniture and objects that weigh up to 30 pounds.

• Significant amount of time on feet walking and/or climbing stairs.
