Description:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the email inbox for our client’s team and perform a variety of other tasks as needed. This role requires a highly personable and professional individual with a strong command of written English, another language besides English (non-specific), and Microsoft Office.

This role may be filled remotely but the candidate will be expected to be on-site for meetings.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the “one business day” SLA for the team’s email inbox

Respond to email inquiries efficiently, providing great service to suppliers and employees who write in for help with the program

Be a problem solver, identifying cause of issues that the client’s buying community encounters creating purchase orders and fulfilling compliance requirements

Understand and respond appropriately to different client audience roles as they approach the program with different needs

Pay attention to the details in order to operate the tool correctly and all associated systems to maintain the quality of data

Perform other activities:

Conduct review of attestation submissions

Validate quality of data processing information

Alert business owners of data retirement obligations

Alert business owners when restricted use is set to expire

Assist with reporting and run management tasks

Conduct a review of compliance submissions

Participate as a team member:

Engage with colleagues in an international team offering improvement ideas

Required Experience/Qualifications:

2 - 3 years of experience in customer-facing support roles in a global context

Experience in privacy / security compliance roles

Proficiency in MS Office and good general computer skills

Strong written English skills

Strong command of a language besides English
