Stan/Eval Manager

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a MAF Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval shop or Six (6) months of experience working with GTIMS or similar Stan/Eval programs.

General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Security Clearance: Must currently possess security clearance of "Secret" or above.


Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.

Update data in Graduate Training Integrated Management System (GTIMS) and

locally-developed computer database.

Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM)/Squadron Aviation

Resource Management (SARM) and personnel to update ARMS.

Coordinate with training office to review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books.

Notify crew members, scheduling and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements.

Generate the Evaluation and Testing Status and Trend Data report.

Provide data to OGV for Standardization Evaluation Board (SEB).

Provide GTIMS shells for AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification.

Provide data for monthly Squadron Training Review Panels (STRP) and Squadron Certification Boards.

Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.

Conduct monthly reviews of assigned/attached crew member evaluation dates and provide updates on completion progress.

Assist personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel and attend meetings for training programs.

Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
