Location Forest Grove, OR
The Human Resource Administrator, will be responsible for performing Human Resources and General Administration related duties on a professional level. Assist in the execution of HR programs and processes. Provide day-to-day employee and administration support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with employee training programs, new hire orientation, etc.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding efforts
Responsible for all company events.
Work with vendors (uniforms, janitorial, supplies, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Assist with ADP Timecards and time off request.
Assist with EHS administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Knowledge
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now system Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and professional demeanor. Attention to detail and thorough follow through, ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality, sensitivity, and security of information.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Education and Work Experience:
Associate degree in Human Resources is preferred or similar field experience.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now system
3 years’ experience in HR and Administration.
