We are looking for Entry Level Kitchen/Cashier help for a Catering business in the Portland/Biddeford area. Currently there are positions available for Dishwashing, Line cooks and some Cashiers. Pay for Cashiers and Dishwashers is $13.50/ hour. Line cooks pay is DOE.

All positions require;
• Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Prepare food according to recipes and also enforce the “batch” cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period, utilizing production sheets.
• Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.
• Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups and glasses during service periods.
• Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket.
• Acknowledge the presence of our guests IMMEDIATELY, with a friendly greeting.
• Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management.
• Handle all register transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all To-Go, Walk-up, and Cater Trax orders
