We are looking for a top producer with a documented track record of three or more years of sales experience. Capital equipment sales in a B2B environment is a plus. Inside/outside sales and strong phone experience is required. The candidate must be energetic, goal-driven and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with the ability to quickly and comfortably build rapport with customers.

High level of energy and organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Outgoing personality and networking skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers, prospects and dealers

Maintain high levels of tactfulness, discretion and confidentiality

Computer-literate and comfortable using a CRM system to manage contact information


Demonstrated 3+ years of successful sales experience

Experience selling big-ticket or capital equipment is preferable

Adept at closing new business and managing existing accounts

Strong consultative sales background

Proven track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments

Excellent phone skills required with good verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills

High energy and results-driven personality

Strong organization and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage, develop and grow business in a multi-state territory

Utilize proven sales tactics and business savvy techniques to overcome gatekeeper objections

Identify prospects by utilizing creative lead generation techniques

Ability to uncover business needs, influence others and position the appropriate product for their business

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Generate organic growth from existing accounts

Develop and support a dealer network within the territory

Organize and staff key trade shows in the assigned territory

The individual is required to work from our office in Lake Bluff, IL, Monday through Friday

Up to 25% travel required
