Our client company is seeking experienced Maintenance Leader to improve and upgrade their facilities across the nation and some internationally.

You must be willing to:

• Guide/plan 3-5 year capital plans to upgrade infrastructure

• Provide project management/engineering support

• Facilitate network of maintenance leaders/engineers

• Review KPIs/develop action items for key issues/review improvement projects

• Assess work prioritization/planning/scheduling

• Identify barriers/work on improvement plans

• Provide analysis/PdM technologies/condition-based monitoring/preventive maintenance optimization

• Be a Leader of Change

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

• BS Engineering (combustion/mechanical/chemical) (MS/CMRP certification preferred)

• 8-10 years’ maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

• Experience addressing site infrastructure needs

• Excellent PC skills (SAP/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

• Strong interpersonal/communications/presentation skills
