Description:

Salesforce Administrator/Marketing Business Planning System Manager – For top global law firm in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for the management/development of the OnePlace Business Planning system.

**Ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Salesforce and a clear understanding of how it supports firm-wide business strategy.

Duties for this position include:

Solicit, evaluate and document business and functional requirements, enhance/develop new business processes, and create change management and communication plans for the firm-wide rollout of all OnePlace modules.

Project manage, maintain, and coordinate communication with stakeholders throughout each phase of the project including: working with OnePlace Architects and Developers, supporting testing cycles, UAT, regression, and system, creating training materials and documentation for users.

Manage daily operations of OnePlace including maintenance processes, training, and data integration with other systems

Configure users, maintain profiles, create roles, define and build custom and formula fields, validation rules, page layouts and list views, workflows, and approvals.

Manage user access and security, grant and revoke user licenses, update and maintain security to reflect organizational structure changes.

Monitor upcoming Salesforce and OnePlace product releases and assess business impact.

Coordinate upgrades with IT team to ensure all systems are on current software versions and have appropriate updates applied. Assess and manage impact on end-users.

Identify, track, and resolve OnePlace software performance or integration issues.

Develop best practices for data entry, quality, newness and comprehensiveness, and create related training and reference materials.

Ensure data quality and integrity and implement periodic data cleansing processes.

Create and manage broadcast email and event invitations.

Master marketing automation platform and provide analytics on broadcast email campaigns to business development team members, with qualified leads, and follow up recommendations.

Liaise with vendors, including Gwabbit, OnePlace, and Vuture.

Provide training to current and new users

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years’ experience with OnePlace or Salesforce.com, and at least 2 years’ experience managing a team, superior interpersonal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong service orientation, proven successful project management skills. Ideal candidate has prior experience managing a CRM pilot and roll-out as well as law firm or professional service experience. Experience with broadcast email (Vuture) and content management system (Sitcore ECM) software highly preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
