MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:High school diploman or equivalent.

Training and Experience:Minimum of four (4) years experience working in/with the military. Two (2) years experience working with geospatial situational awareness applications (i.e. Falcon View, Google Earth, Zeus) and two (2) years experience working with TS/SCI networks. Three (3) years of experience in a DoD flying squadron’s mission planning cell or four (4) years of DoD intelligence experience as an intelligence specialist or in an intelligence unit. Experience with Mardam-Bey Internet Relay Chat (mIRC) and ability to use mIRC to facilitate communications and operations.

Desired Experience: Deployment experience of at least 90 days in a combat zone.

General Skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly organized. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, possess strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, and be able to operate successfully with little to no supervision.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of Microsoft Access.

Security Clearance: Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Conduct initial mission planning.

•Prepare/coordinate mission-related documents for classified MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper combat missions, both in advance of and real-time during the sortie.

•Convert task into mission briefings and paperwork packages.

•Interface with aircrew and mission intelligence coordinators (MICs), Ground Liaison Officers (GLOs), and supported units to provide real-time informational support to ongoing combat missions.

•Liaison with the unit’s customers to provide aircrew real-time updates on the supported unit’s composition, location, objectives, and other items to bridge the gap between home station and the AOR.

•Collect essential mission information during and after mission execution for tracking and trending analysis purposes and provide recommendations to squadron/group leadership.

•Investigate enemy and blue force intelligence Tactics,Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and brief crews in order to increase situational awareness during combat operations.

•Interface with unit schedulers and operations supervisors to resolve crew and system shortages/conflicts when needed.

•Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
