Education: High School Diploma or GED and 6 years' experience as a scheduler; or Associate's Degree and 5 years' experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience; or Master's Degree and 2 years' experience.

Training and Experience: Have a minimum of one (1) year experience as an aircrew member on Special Operations Forces (SOF) aircraft and express a degree of understanding and knowledge of SOF aircrew procedures or similar experience but not necessarily as an aircrew member.

General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, takes initiative, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance: Must currently possess a security clearance level of “Secret” or higher.


•Schedule aircrew to aircraft sorties to ensure mission capabilities and objectives are met; while working in close concert with deployed operations personnel.

•Schedule daily flying or combat operations.

•Coordinate local training requirements to ensure aircrews are scheduled for simulators in order to meet required currencies.

•Solve complex problems and last minute changes in order to meet 100% mission requirements with no gaps in mission coverage.

•Review flow plans and ensure schedule complies with policies and rules.

•Update and track unit involvement in exercises.

•Make recommendations based upon functional duty expertise.

•Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
