We are currently accepting resumes for consideration to fill an Receptionist position, at our Corporate offices in Cerritos, CA. This is a full-time position, at a busy independent insurance brokerage.

Typical duties for this position include:

•Answer phones and direct calls, in a professional manner

•Data entry for a variety of projects

•Review and distribute documents

•Maintain multiple schedules

•Prepare documents & presentation materials, using a variety of software applications and programs

•Other administrative duties, as needed
