Netways is looking for a Senior Business Analyst \ Team Leader to join the team.

What you will do is:

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project requirements; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones;

• Execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices

• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business need, understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements

• Provide project level analysis by producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)

• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

• Assess business process and system inefficiencies

• Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation

• Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes

• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations

• Lead a team of developers

• Perform Training and UAT sessions with clients

What is required:

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or any related field

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Team Leader

• Experience in working on large scale projects

• Experience in leading a team of developers

• Good knowledge in SCRUM

• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills

• Good Problem Solving skills

• Excellent English speaking and writing

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

• Good Technical back ground as either a .Net or Frontend developer

• Good knowledge in TFS (Sprints, Features, Work Items …)

• Knowledge in SharePoint is a plus.
