Global Business Consulting / Financial Advisor / Investment / Risk Management Firm is urgently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for their San Gabriel Valley location. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling phones, providing general office support, preparing reports, data entry, updating contact lists, maintaining files, handling multiple projects, coordinating office procedures and other administrative related duties.
-2+ years of Admin/Office experience (highly preferred)
-Customer service experience (a plus)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Great communication skills
-Good with coordinating and multitasking
This is a full-time, direct hire position with full company benefits (and starting salary up to $48,000 per year).
