Main job functions:

• Day-to-day management of email campaigns including but not limited to building and QAing daily emails and filters/targets, copy reviews, structuring A/B tests, scheduling deliveries, and reporting on results.

• Monitor that emails deploy correctly and be able to troubleshoot where necessary.

• Manage inbox reputation of emails through a 3rd party vendor we work with today.

• Additional tasks may be assigned but will be determined by knowledge level of the tools.

• We are looking for someone with a strong skill set in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as we use Email Studio quite extensively as well as journey builder to launch our programs.

• HTML is a requirement and SQL knowledge is a plus.

• This person must be extremely organized to build anywhere from 2-6 emails a day as well as any associated filters.

• The way we build emails is not standard, but we will spend time training this contractor on our account set up.

Required skills:

How is performance measured?

• Their ability to build emails in a timely manner.

• How quickly they are able to raise an issue (if needed) vs. working through a solution on their own first (ability to work autonomously).

• Their attention to detail.
