Our client company is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to provide chemical engineering expertise to deliver optimum performance of company`s polymerization and compounding process units.

You must be willing to:

• Work to optimize the economic performance of the assigned process

unit(s)

• Work to improve the reliability of the process unit(s)/maximize OEE

• Actively support the site & area safety programs/participate in

PHA’s/FMEA’s/LOPA’s/MOC’s/incident investigations/resolution of

action items

• Serve as the unit production expert/provide technical

counsel/troubleshooting assistance

• Generate innovative ideas for process improvements

• Maintain up-to-date process documentation

• Work on multiple issues with sometimes limited lead times

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

• BS in Chemical Engineering (MS preferred) (Green Belt Certification

preferred)

• 3-5 years’ experience of specific knowledge of process

engineering/operations for chemical/polymer processes

• Sound technical/analytical/troubleshooting skills

• Highly motivated to achieve continual improvement
