NETbilling provides merchants of all sizes call center customer services with our call center located in Valencia, CA. We handle everything from customer billing inquires, order verification, and an answering service. Our call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Merchants provide guidelines and procedures to handle their customers and our representatives follow what they have outlined for each merchants company. We train our representatives with a two week paid training class.
Ideal applicant would:
Respond to incoming customer calls, emails and chats
Use good communication, phone and interpersonal skills
Troubleshoot/resolve customer problems
Think analytically while problem solving
Actively listen and respond to customer’s issues and concerns
Work in a cohesive team environment
Multi-task and take on special projects from time to time
Work with a professional demeanor
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Be moderate to proficient in operating a computer
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Some experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Identify and escalate priority issues
Sales/Retention experience is a plus
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Morning - 5:00AM - 1:30PM Monday - Sunday
Evening - 1:30PM - 10:00PM Monday - Sunday
Must work weekends. Two days off are on weekdays.
Training Availability : Monday - Friday
1st week of training 9:00AM -- 4:30PM
2nd week of training 5:30AM - 1:30PM
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be available on weekends
Have checking account and Social Security Card for payroll purposes
Be available for paid 2 week training
