What you bring

At least have administrative experience.

High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

High level of initiative.

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

Proven track record and a team player.

Bonus skills and experience

Commercial real estate experience.

Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign).

Ability to search property appraiser site(s) for information on buildings, zoning etc.

Familiarity with Costar and LoopNet.

What success looks like

You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to create the team’s marketing content.

You will provide general office support through file management, database entries, calendar scheduling, tracking emails and scheduling conference calls.

You have a proven track record to ensure client requests are answered timely, accurate, precise and thorough.

You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc.
