We are seeking energetic professionals to work part-time or Full-Time to assist with recruiting and supporting professional sales agents across the United States and Canada. Our Virtual Recruiter position must be able to have talent sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful Coordinator will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Job Responsibilities

* Non-Sales -- This is a non-sales role for Virtual Recruiter's, assisting in recruiting and supporting sales professionals

* Our cloud-based system allows you to work remotely from home.

* Experience preferred but not necessary. Full training will be provided.

* Compensation: Based on experience, Daily deposits

* Flexible schedule

Job Skills & Qualifications Required

Communication and Customer Service Skills

Must have knowledge of Google base applications

High school diploma

Must be 18 and older

Must be legally able to work in the US
