Spanish Customer Service Representative duties:

Communicates appropriate options for resolution.

Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints.

Investigates and resolves problems escalated through lower-level staff members.

Uses a computer system to research/resolve inquiries and log customer calls.

Escalates more complex issues to Supervisor/Manager as necessary.

Verifies work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
