We are searching for a Regional Vice President who will be responsible for oversight of several Nursing Homes / Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facilities in Anaheim, California. Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s license and 3+ years’ multi-facility management experience required.)

RVP requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License required

• 3+ years’ Multi-facility or corporate leadership experience within Long-Term Care

• Expertise in LTC regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Skilled in fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Proficient with Long-term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF) reimbursement

Regional Vice President / VP responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality census mix

• Cost containment

• Ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance

• Providing quality control

• Optimizing customer relations

• Managing and supervising staff in the region

• Meeting financial objectives

• Business development

• Census development

• Controlling labor costs
