Busy legal department for a well-established seacoast company located in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an Arbitration Support Agent to join their team. Responsibilities for the Arbitration Support Agent:

Utilize Microsoft Office and software programs to create diagrams for filings

Review and distribute incoming mail into the department

Assist with administrative projects as required

Conduct outbound status check calls

Qualifications for the Arbitration Support Agent:

Ability to work with a team

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

1+ years of related experience

This is a temporary to hire opportunity offering a Monday – Friday first shift schedule. If hired by the company, candidates are eligible for the excellent team bonus structure.
