About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating officer you will be responsible for providing a diverse range of administrative duties including preparing and distributing correspondence, meeting organisation, diary management, collating and coordinating agendas for various meetings, maintaining the corporate diary, filing and general administrative duties.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Significant Administrative / Secretarial work experience supporting senior executives

Excellent communication skills both orally and in written form demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail

Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people and a range of issues with sensitivity, tact and appropriate discretion

Strong attention to detail and computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and other products within the Microsoft suite

Sound judgement and problem solving skills including an ability to analyse large volumes of information

Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Outstanding ability to balance competing work priorities in order to meet deadlines

A can do attitude with the ability to seek and implement technology and process improvements for the efficient and effective operation of the Chief Operating Officer's responsibilities
